Our Generation Snack kettle cooked chips are made from peel-on Scandinavian potatoes, produced locally in small batches, and blasted with complex seasonings. We worry about seasoning more than anything, going all in where others hold back. We call it HEAVILY SEASONED™, because flavor should never come light.
